Agustina is Head of Biology and is responsible for in-house molecular biology, microbiology and biochemistry activities. She has a master’s degree in microbiology from the National University of Rio Cuarto in Argentina and a PhD degree in Microbial Engineering from the INSA of Toulouse and the University of Nottingham. She has worked as a researcher in a maturation project at Toulouse Tech Transfer and the University of Toulouse and in several collaborative research projects with different biotech companies, focusing on the regulation of gene expression in microorganisms of industrial relevance.
